We’re currently hiring Spanish Speakers Child Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) throughout Queens, NY—especially for after-school and weekend shifts.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA services to individuals with autism, guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Build positive relationships with each learner while helping them work toward their goals.

Implement behavior intervention and skill-building programs as outlined in the treatment plan.

Track and submit accurate data from each session using digital tools.

Communicate observations and insights from sessions with supervising BCBAs.

Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and empathy in all client and family interactions.

Receive weekly BCBA supervision (especially valuable for those pursuing BCBA/LBA certification).
Who We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required
(Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)

At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Comfortable working independently in client homes across Queens.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with families.

Must be physically capable of engaging with young children and managing behavioral needs
Key Skills:
