Behavioral Therapist (ABA) – $22–$28/hr
Adapt: A Behavioral Collective is seeking Behavioral Therapists to provide direct ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, meaningful client relationships, and being part of a collaborative clinical team.
We welcome both entry-level candidates and experienced therapists looking to grow within the field of ABA.

Schedule & Work Model
- Part-time or full-time availability (approximately 15–30 hours per week)
- Opportunity to increase hours as cases are added
- Services are primarily delivered in person; limited telehealth sessions may be available after 90 days
Primary Duties
- Deliver individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy
- Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living
- Follow treatment plans designed by clinical supervisors
- Accurately document session data and client progress
- Communicate consistently with supervisors and team members
- Provide peer support and guidance for newer staff (experienced roles)

- $24–$28/hour (Behavior Therapist II)

Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in a related field or applicable ABA experience
- Ability to meet health and clearance requirements (TB test, fingerprinting, immunizations)
- Access to a smartphone, computer, and internet
- Work Location: In-home services throughout the San Mateo County / Peninsula area (including Redwood City, San Mateo, South San Francisco, Daly City, Palo Alto, and surrounding communities).
