We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to a 2-year-old client in Annandale , Virginia. This is a home-based position ideal for individuals passionate about early intervention and working closely with young children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP) and skill acquisition programs
Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills in the home environment
Engage the client in structured and play-based learning activities
Collect accurate data and complete detailed session notes
Collaborate with caregivers to support consistency and generalization of skills

Position Details:
Location: Annandale , VA (home-based services)
Schedule: Morning to late afternoon hours; exact schedule to be confirmed
Start Date: Expected to begin next week
Focus on early intervention services for a toddler (age 2)

Qualifications:
RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Experience with ABA therapy, early intervention, or working with young children preferred
High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field preferred
Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check
