Behavior Support Specialist – In-Home ABA Services (Westchester County, NY) | $22/hr + $200 bonus + Flexible Schedule

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Join our dedicated team providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role offers hands-on experience working under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy following the treatment and behavior plans designed by a supervising BCBA.

Build a positive and supportive relationship with each learner.

Implement individualized interventions and behavior strategies as directed.

Collect and record data accurately after each session and communicate key observations to your BCBA supervisor.

Maintain flexibility and adaptability when working with clients of varying abilities and needs.

Collaborate professionally with families, caregivers, and the clinical team.

Maintain consistent attendance and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.

At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).

Multilingual candidates (Mandarin, Spanish, etc.) are highly valued.

Excellent communication, patience, and rapport-building skills.

Strong problem-solving and behavior management abilities.

Must be physically capable of working with young children with special needs.
