Relevant Skills

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Deliver therapeutic support to individuals with behavioral challenges and skill deficits
• Assess client needs and deliver appropriate services
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
• Identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, team members, and supervisors
• Listen actively, interpret verbal communication accurately, and ask relevant questions
• Respond appropriately to others’ reactions and adapt communication style

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA-related experience is highly desirable
• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field highly desired)
• Spanish speaking is desired.
• ASL desired.

Requirements

• Current Tuberculosis Clearance
• DOJ/FBI criminal background clearance
• A valid California driver's license
• Reliable and insured transportation

Compensation

• Hourly rate ($20-28)
