Behavioral Brand Strategist

Company Overview

We are a growing manufacturer of biscuits, wafers, cola drinks, confectionery, and other consumer food products. Our goal is not just to make products, but to build brands that people remember, connect with, and choose repeatedly.

We are looking for someone who can bring fresh, psychology backed branding ideas to our products and campaigns. This is not a traditional marketing role. We need a thinker, strategist, and creative mind who understands why consumers buy, why they trust a brand, why packaging catches attention, and why certain campaigns become memorable.

Role Overview

The Behavioral Brand Strategist will be responsible for creating unique brand ideas, product positioning, campaign concepts, packaging directions, and consumer focused strategies for our food and beverage products.

The ideal candidate should understand branding, consumer behavior, emotional triggers, cultural relevance, and creative storytelling. We do not want basic campaign ideas like “best quality” or “great taste.” We need someone who can explain the reason behind every idea and build concepts that are fresh, practical, and psychologically strong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop unique brand strategies for biscuits, wafers, cola drinks, confectionery, and related food products.
  • Create psychology backed campaign concepts that connect with the target audience.
  • Study consumer behavior, buying patterns, emotions, habits, and cultural preferences.
  • Build product positioning ideas that help each product stand out in a competitive market.
  • Suggest creative directions for packaging, naming, taglines, product stories, and brand identity.
  • Work with creative, marketing, design, and sales teams to turn strategy into practical campaigns.
  • Come up with fresh out of the box ideas beyond traditional advertising and basic product promotion.
  • Explain the thinking behind each concept clearly, including why it will work and what consumer behavior it targets.
  • Analyze competitor brands and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Help create long term brand plans for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and market expansion.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and creative strategy.
  • Experience in FMCG, food, snacks, beverages, confectionery, or consumer products will be preferred.
  • Ability to think beyond traditional marketing.
  • Strong creative thinking with practical execution sense.
  • Understanding of Pakistani consumer behavior, retail markets, youth culture, family buying behavior, and emotional brand triggers.
  • Ability to create ideas with a clear reason, not just random creativity.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with designers, content creators, marketers, and management.
  • Strong sense of storytelling, product positioning, and brand differentiation.
  • Portfolio or examples of previous brand strategy, campaign ideas, packaging concepts, or product positioning work will be preferred.

Location: Rich Corn Factory, Rohi Nala road near Ring Road Lahore

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
