Are you a compassionate nurse who’s passionate about making a meaningful impact? Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Behavioral Health team in Conway.

What You’ll Do

As a Behavioral Health Case Manager Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating care and supporting patients across the continuum. You’ll work closely with behavioral health providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Your impact will include:
Assisting providers with patient care and clinical procedures
Providing direct patient services, including assessments and interventions
Coordinating care plans and connecting patients with essential resources
Supporting patients and families in achieving and maintaining optimal wellness
Performing nursing procedures within the Arkansas scope of practice
Collaborating with a compassionate, team-focused clinical staff

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM – 11:45 AM
Some travel required

✅ Qualifications

✔ Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas
✔ Current CPR certification
✔ Previous nursing experience preferred
✔ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
✔ A heart for patient care and community health
