- Basic understanding of behavioral health systems, public health structures, and managed care.

3–5+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare contracting, program development, grants, or partnerships.
Experience working with health plans, county agencies, behavioral health providers, or community health organizations preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
