Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $78,000 – $85,000 annually (DOE)

Qualifications

Core Competencies

  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Effective writing and presentation abilities, especially for proposals and grants.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and high-impact projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar).
  • Experience with CRM or contract management tools preferred (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce).
  • Basic understanding of behavioral health systems, public health structures, and managed care.

Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare contracting, program development, grants, or partnerships.
  • Experience working with health plans, county agencies, behavioral health providers, or community health organizations preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
