Responsibilities may include:

- Oversee and manage the billing and collection process.
- Oversee revenue and accounts receivable portion of financial audits.
- Month end close to ensure all services are billed, payments are posted and revenue is recognized appropriately.
- Monitor collections to ensure appropriate and timely reimbursement for all services provided.
- Prepare client company reports.
Requirements for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in behavioral health billing.
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in billing, denials, claims, and payment experience.
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills.
