Behavioral Health Professional

Brighter Future Counseling Services is seeking highly motivated individuals to add to our Outpatient Therapeutic team. The individual MUST have a Master's degree in either Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Services, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Secondary Education, Family & Consumer Sciences, Criminal Justice, or Human Growth & Development..

Brighter Future Counseling Services provides community-based services to clients. This would include the therapist rendering services to clients within the client’s home or in the community in which the client lives.

Daily Job Duties:

1. Providing weekly PSR services to clients

2. Documenting service progress in EHR

3. Assisting in the development of the client’s treatment plan

4. Linking clients and families with community resources

5. Attending clinical supervision

6. Complete Progress Summaries

Compensation:

The Behavioral Health Therapist usually work in a community-based environment. Travel to homes will be required. Telehealth is an approved method of service delivery

Job Type: Contract; 1099, guaranteed at least 27-32 hours per week

Pay/Compensation- When minimum hours are not met, hourly rate will be used to calculate payment (Timesheet will be generated using the progress note entries in the EHR)

Performance Measures- Reviewed every 365

Schedule:

This position is flexible, and therapists can create their own schedules to render services to clients.
