About The Role

Clarvidais hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one‑to‑one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This is a full‑time role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotesage‑appropriate independenceand stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant,you'llfollow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education.You’llwork directly with clients and caregivers, helping reduce service dependence while promoting culturally competent, recovery‑oriented care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral healthservicesto youth (ages 2–24) across home/school/community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant
• Promoteage‑appropriate functioningand skill development
• Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services
• Provide parent training and caregiver support
• Offer culturally responsive, trauma‑informed care
• Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances
• CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training
