Behavioral Nanny

The Behavioral Nanny is a specialized nanny placement agency dedicated to connecting families with highly trained nannies who are experienced in supporting neurodivergent children and children with behavioral challenges. This position requires experience in implementing various ABA strategies for non-verbal children as well as children with executive functioning vulnerabilities. You will be teaching adaptive skills, language skills, while managing challenging behaviors if they occur throughout routines. In addition to having strong skills in ABA, you will need to have had experience working in high-net-worth families. The primary focus is on helping children engage in community and family events and to complete daily routines independently. You must be patient, creative, calm, take initiative, and have experience modeling ABA strategies to parents and caretakers. You must be a strong team player and be able to collaborate with other professionals. An RBT is required. This position is a full-time position.
