Position Summary

The Behavior Technician (BT) provides direct ABA services by implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA, supporting skill development and behavior reduction in a safe and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services in one-on-one and group settings
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using ABA principles
• Accurately collect and record session data using ABA software
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collaborate with clinical team members to support client progress
• Maintain professionalism, client dignity, and confidentiality at all times
• Ensure client safety and respond appropriately to challenging behaviors or crisis situations
• Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid license
  
  
  

Work Schedule / Availability

• Availability during weekday mornings, afternoons, and/or early evenings
