Job Overview
Your Choice Family Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA), and a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This position begins July 1, 2026, with interviews and onboarding occurring prior to the start date. We provide high‑quality, person‑centered services to youth and adults with developmental disabilities in community and home settings. In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to develop and implement personalized treatment plans rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress, improve quality of life, and promote independence for those we serve. Sign‑On Bonus

A $5,000 sign‑on bonus will be issued according to the agency’s bonus schedule upon successful completion of onboarding and initial employment requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in care and maximize client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and HIPAA-compliant records while adhering to confidentiality standards.
  • Participate in intake processes, initial assessments, and ongoing patient care planning to support individualized treatment goals.
  • Stay informed about current best practices in behavioral health, special education, and medical terminology to enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Valid certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA), or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
  • Ability to perform patient assessments, interpret medical records, and understand medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidential medical documentation.
