Primary School Full-Time Long-Term Position
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: £85 £100 per day (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children s lives? A supportive and inclusive primary school in Stoke Poges is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team immediately.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and a commitment to helping pupils overcome barriers to learning. You ll be working closely with staff, pupils, and families to promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and academic engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social needs across the school
• Implement tailored behaviour strategies and interventions
• Work one-to-one and in small groups to build trust and promote positive choices
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support individual pupil plans
• Monitor progress and contribute to behaviour reports and reviews
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with children with behavioural or SEMH needs
• Be confident in managing challenging behaviour in a calm and constructive manner
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be resilient, empathetic, and solution-focused
• Have a background in education, youth work, psychology, or similar (desirable)
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
