Behaviour Therapist (Ref.GTN)

The company, a therapy centre for children with special needs, is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Behaviour Therapist.

Job Responsibilities:
• Observe and analyze client behavior while applying ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles
• Create individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
• Implement IEPs, evaluate student performance, and monitor ongoing progress
• Revise IEPs periodically to align with each student's development and updated goals
• Identify and appropriately respond to significant behavioral improvements
• Utilize behavioral redirection strategies effectively
• Maintain detailed written records for each student
• Regularly share progress updates with supervisors and parents

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Psychology or equivalent
• 1 year(s) working experience in the related field preferred
• Prior experience in applying ABA principles preferred
