Job Summary

We are seeking a courteous and energetic Bell Attendant to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest assistance by handling luggage, escorting guests, and ensuring a warm and professional first and last impression of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room changes
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities
  • Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Housekeeping for guest services
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas
  • Ensure proper tagging and secure handling of guest luggage
  • Assist in arranging transportation and guiding guests when required
  • Follow hotel service standards, grooming standards, and safety procedures
  • Report any guest complaints or maintenance issues to the Front Office Supervisor

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
  • Physically fit to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
