Bell Boy / Bell Attendant - Retaj Hotels & Hospitality

Retaj Hotels & Hospitality operates hotels and serviced apartments employing staff in hospitality and guest services roles.

A Bell Boy (also called Bell Attendant or Porter) is part of the Front Office / Guest Services team responsible for assisting hotel guests with luggage and providing basic hospitality support.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Assistance

Welcome guests upon arrival at the hotel entrance

Assist with luggage during check-in and check-out

Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic room features

Front Desk Support

Deliver messages, packages, or room items to guests

Assist reception staff during busy periods

Guide guests with hotel facilities (restaurant, gym, pool, etc.)

Transportation & Coordination

Arrange taxis or transport for guests when required

Load and unload luggage from vehicles

Customer Service

Provide polite and professional guest interaction at all times

Handle basic guest inquiries

Ensure a welcoming hotel experience

General Duties

Maintain cleanliness of lobby and entrance area

Store and manage luggage safely in the baggage room

Follow hotel safety and security procedures

Requirements:

No high education required (High school preferred)

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Physically fit (lifting luggage required)

Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude

Previous hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage

Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
