Responsibilities

The Bell Person is responsible for transferring and storing guest’s luggage and responding to guest’s requests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations; maintaining a professional image at all times through appearances and dress
• Retrieve and transport guest luggage
