BELLMAN FOR 5 STAR HOTEL

•  Previous experience in a 4 to 5 star hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
•  High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is an
• asset.
•  Exceptional customer service and communication skills to provide a warm and
• professional guest experience.
•  Physical fitness and stamina – able to lift, carry, and transport guest luggage safely and
• efficiently.
•  Professional appearance and grooming in line with hotel standards.
•  Thorough knowledge of the hotel’s layout and local attractions, transportation options,
• and amenities.
•  Positive, courteous, and proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork and guest
• satisfaction.
•  Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple guest requests
• smoothly.
•  Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to upholding the hotel’s service and
• brand standards.
