We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Bellperson to join our hospitality team. The Bellperson is often the first and last impression of our hotel and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, providing property information, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. This will be a part-time position until our hotel’s occupancy increases during the summer months, then it will be full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
  • Assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal belongings
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions
  • Assist with valet or parking coordination as needed
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas
  • Deliver guest requests promptly (extra towels, amenities, packages, etc.)
  • Store luggage safely and securely when requested
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Support front desk and concierge teams as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Valid driver’s license

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
