Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our dynamic research and development team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting precise laboratory experiments, supporting quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and FDA regulations. Your expertise will contribute to advancing scientific research, supporting clinical and industrial laboratory operations, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and safety. Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of laboratory procedures including microbiology, histology, molecular biology, and other specialized techniques to support research projects and quality control initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data accurately using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and other digital tools.
  • Maintain strict adherence to laboratory protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements such as GLP, CGMP, and FDA regulations to ensure compliance across all activities.
  • Conduct routine quality control tests on samples, materials, and products to verify consistency and meet industry standards.
  • Support animal physiology studies by preparing samples, handling veterinary terminology, and assisting with experimental procedures involving laboratory animals.
  • Document all experimental procedures meticulously, including data collection, observations, and results for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in research & development efforts by supporting scientific experiments that contribute to product improvement or new discoveries within the laboratory setting.

Experience

  • Proven industrial or clinical laboratory experience with a strong understanding of laboratory techniques across microbiology, histology, molecular biology, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for data tracking and reporting.
  • Knowledge of GLP standards, CGMP practices, FDA regulations, and quality assurance processes is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in research laboratories or clinical settings involving scientific research methodologies.
  • Ability to apply analysis skills effectively while maintaining high levels of accuracy in data collection and documentation.
  • Prior exposure to veterinary terminology or animal physiology studies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.94 - $30.03 per hour
