Job Summary:
The BTL Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and Assisting below-the-line marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales through targeted on-ground initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute BTL marketing activities such as brand activations, roadshows, in-store promotions, sampling, and events.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and agencies for production and execution of marketing materials.
Manage POS materials including banners, standees, flyers, and giveaways.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all BTL campaigns.
Support the sales team with trade marketing and on-ground promotional activities.
Conduct market visits to monitor brand presence and competitor activities.
Track expenses and assist in managing the BTL marketing budget.
Prepare activity reports, feedback, and performance analysis after campaigns.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Vendor management and negotiation skills
Good planning and execution capabilities
Basic reporting and analytical skills
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in BTL marketing, trade marketing, or field marketing
Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Service industries
Willingness to travel for field activities
Energetic, proactive, and execution-focused
