We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences Female IVF Counsellor to join our dynamic team.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to develop effective treatment plans for clients.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Educate patients on procedures and recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documents.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and screenings
• Provide counseling and therapy for patients with:
• Stress, anxiety, depression
• Behavioral and emotional disorders
• Relationship, family, and workplace issues
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans
• Maintain patient case records and documentation
• Educate patients and families on mental health awareness
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and therapists
• Participate in mental health programs, workshops, and camps
• Ensure confidentiality and ethical practice at all times
• Follow hospital/clinic policies and procedures

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Empathy and patient-centered approach
• Counseling and psychotherapy skills
• Basic knowledge of psychological testing tools
• Documentation and report-writing skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Education: BHMS, BEMS (B.sc / M.sc Psychology)

Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Salary: 15K to 20K
