Bench Sales Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team on a freelance, commission-based model. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and proven track record in placing IT consultants. This role is perfect for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and place IT consultants on client projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
• Understand client requirements and match them with suitable consultants.
• Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market demands.
• Provide regular updates on placement progress.

Requirements:

• Proven 6+ years of experience in bench sales recruitment.
• Strong network of IT consultants and clients.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets (interviews & placements).
• Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
• Working time 9 AM to 5 PM EST
