About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US IT staffing team. The ideal candidate should understand the process of marketing bench consultants in the US market and building vendor relationships.

This is an onsite night shift role suitable for professionals who are confident, target-oriented, and ready to grow in a competitive staffing environment.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. If you do not have prior experience in US IT staffing, we are open to training candidates who are motivated to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants (W2/C2C) to US vendors and direct clients
• Identify and develop new vendor relationships across the US IT staffing market
• Maintain and expand an active vendor network
• Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, and contract terms with vendors
• Submit consultants to relevant job requirements promptly
• Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end placement process
• Follow up regularly with vendors and consultants for feedback and updates
• Maintain daily submission and placement reports
• Achieve weekly and monthly placement targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales (Freshers can also apply)
• Understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work night shift (7 PM – 4 AM)
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Must have own laptop

• Existing active vendor database
• Experience working with implementation partners
• Strong rate negotiation and closing skills
