Bench Sales - Recruitment Consultant - Ahmedabad

Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Week Offs: Fixed Saturday & Sunday

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 CTC (based on experience)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Bench Sales Recruitment (US IT Staffing).
• Strong knowledge of marketing OPT, H1B, TN, GC, and US Citizen consultants.
• Good understanding of US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

• Market consultants to clients and prime vendors through calls, networking, and job portals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
• Ensure regular follow-ups and submit consultants for relevant requirements.
• Negotiate rates and close deals effectively.
• Maintain daily activity reports and achieve placement targets.
