About the Role

We’re seeking a Benefits Consultant to support the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs. This role works closely with HR teams, vendors, and employees to ensure benefits are accurate, compliant, and well-communicated.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans
• Serve as a point of contact for benefits-related questions from clients and/or employees
• Coordinate enrollments, terminations, life event changes, and annual open enrollment
• Work with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators to resolve issues and ensure accuracy
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations
• Prepare and maintain benefits documentation, reports, and employee communications
• Identify process improvements to enhance benefits administration efficiency and employee experience

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in benefits administration
• Bachelors Degree in related field. HR or Business Administration preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel required)
