Bengali Teacher - Adult Learner (Dubai experience required)

Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Bengali Language Teacher to provide one-on-one instruction to an adult learner. The lessons will focus on improving both spoken and written Bengali, including speaking, listening, reading, and basic writing skills. Sessions may be conducted online or in person depending on availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging one-on-one Bengali language lessons to an adult learner
• Focus on conversational skills along with basic reading and writing
• Prepare simple lesson plans and learning materials
• Adapt teaching methods according to the learner’s pace and learning goals
• Provide supportive feedback to help the learner improve consistently

Requirements

• Fluency in Bengali and English
• Teaching experience in Dubai is required
• Flexible availability to accommodate the learner’s schedule
• Strong communication and explanation skills
• Patient, encouraging, and supportive teaching approach
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience preferred

Schedule
Flexible schedule to be agreed upon with the learner.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
