Bentley OpenBuildings Designer / AECOsim Modeller

Develop and deliver detailed 3D models for infrastructure projects using Bentley OpenBuildings Designer / AECOsim software.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and planners to ensure coordinated and clash-free models.

Interpret and incorporate design data, drawings, and specifications into 3D models.

Assist in the preparation of construction documentation, drawings, and schedules from the models.

Perform quality checks to ensure model integrity, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.

Support project teams in design reviews and presentations using 3D visualizations and walkthroughs.

Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle as required.

Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of various design components.

Stay updated with Bentley software developments and industry best practices to enhance modeling efficiency and quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Bentley OpenBuildings Designer / AECOsim Modeller, preferably in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, transit systems, etc.).

Proficient in Bentley AECOsim Building Designer / OpenBuildings Designer software.

Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows related to infrastructure projects.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, design specifications, and technical documents.

Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and quality assurance within BIM environments.

Knowledge of related software such as MicroStation, ProjectWise, Navisworks, or similar is a plus.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
