Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices RPA Realty is expanding into Georgia’s Golden Isles and is seeking licensed Real Estate Agents of all experience and production levels to join our team.

Builder Partnership Opportunity
Agents will have the opportunity to work in partnership with Reynolds Homes and gain access to listing builder inventory and new construction product within Sanctuary Cove and Cumberland Harbor. This provides additional exposure, business-building opportunities, and involvement in growing new communities within the Golden Isles market.
- Active Georgia Real Estate License (required)
- All experience and production levels encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
- Interest and/or proximity to St. Marys markets preferred
- Commission-based income (1099 independent contractor position)
