Beta Tester Intern (Startup)

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated student intern to help with product testing, feedback, and early-stage startup projects. This role is a great fit for a high school senior, a recent high school graduate, or a college freshman interested in startups, consumer products, hardware, software, and quality testing.

This is a hands-on hybrid role with flexible hours. You’ll work closely with the founding team and get real experience helping improve a product before and during launch.

Responsibilities

• Test product features, workflows, and setup processes
• Document bugs, issues, and user feedback clearly
• Help improve product onboarding and customer experience
• Brainstorm product ideas and improvements
• Support early-stage startup tasks across product, operations, research, and marketing
• Provide feedback from a student/user perspective
• Responsible for product pick-up and drop-off from Morristown area
• Bring curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn

Ideal Candidate

• High school senior, recent graduate, or college student
• Interested in quality testing and documentation
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable testing products and giving honest feedback
• Able to work independently and write clearly
• Local to or able to travel to Morristown, NJ when needed for product pickup/dropoff
