Beverage Machine Maintenance Engineer

• Operate and monitor high-speed aluminium can beverage production and packaging machines.
• Handle equipment such as can body makers, washers, filling machines, seaming machines, conveyors, pasteurizers, labeling machines, shrink wrappers, and palletizers.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical faults.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring mechanical failures.
• Ensure proper machine calibration, alignment, lubrication, and component replacement.
• Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Maintain quality standards as per beverage manufacturing and food safety regulations.
• Record maintenance activities, downtime reports, and daily production data.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering teams for continuous improvement.
• Follow strict safety standards, GMP, and factory SOP protocols.
• Support installation, commissioning, and performance testing of new equipment.

Requirements:

• 7 to 15 years of experience in Aluminium Can Beverage Aluminium Can Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• High-speed can manufacturing and beverage filling lines
• Mechanical drive systems, bearings, gearboxes, motors
• Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Preventive and predictive maintenance systems
• Experience in aluminium can forming, filling, and packaging operations is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of PLC-controlled automated systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to independently manage machine breakdowns and emergency maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Myanmar.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
