Beverage Manager for a Luxury Licensed Concept in Abu Dhabi. 15,000-20,000 AED per month.


Smyth & Co are delighted to partner with a leading luxury hospitality group on the launch of an exciting new fire-led dining concept in Abu Dhabi . This modern, Mediterranean-inspired restaurant will offer an elevated grill-focused menu, a refined beverage program, and a dynamic guest experience.

We are seeking a Beverage Manager to lead the full bar operation, shape the venue’s beverage identity, and build a high-performing team ahead of opening.



Beverage Philosophy

Cocktails: Modern, balanced, rooted in honest flavours. Techniques reflect the kitchen’s live-fire approach—smoked citrus, ember syrups, charred fruits, clarified juices. Nothing showy; everything precise.

Wine: A curated list focused on freshness, minerality, gentle smoke, and food harmony. Small producers, biodynamic farms, expressive and approachable selections.

Additional: Coffee program, mocktails, and tap beverages to be developed with specialists.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with Abu Dhabi licensing and safety standards.
  • Manage stock, inventory, suppliers, and financial performance with a focus on GP and cost control.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the bar team; drive a culture of professionalism and excellence.
  • Develop seasonal and innovative beverage menus aligned with the culinary vision.
  • Engage with guests on the floor and set the tone for elevated service from day one.

  • Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years in a senior bar management role within luxury or high-volume venues
    • Proven team-building and leadership experience
    • Strong operational and organisational skills
    • Creative and technically skilled in cocktail development
    • Strong financial understanding of GP, cost control, and KPIs
    • Excellent communication and a guest-focused approach
    • Familiarity with UAE culture and regulations
