Beverage Manager Le Café LPM

What The Role Is

You will lead the wine and bar programme for our Dubai location, shaping and evolving it to reflect the Le Café LPM identity. This includes owning the beverage P&L, managing stock and costs, and collaborating with kitchen and floor teams to ensure drinks are never an afterthought. You will be present on the floor during busy services, supporting staff and guests.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience leading a beverage programme in a premium, high volume environment.
• Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and bar operations with an instinct to present it lightly.
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with the guest experience.
• Strong team leadership, fostering warmth and high standards without drama.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage.
