As Beymen Group, we are looking for creative, passionate, courageous and continuously learning Beauty Advisor who will make a difference in society with their principles, values and social responsibility approach, and take their career one step further in the luxury retail sector, to work in the Cosmetics Department in Beşiktaş .


Qualifications;

  • High school graduate
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the cosmetics sector
  • Good level of English, Arabic or Russian (B1-C2) is required
  • Strong communication skills, customer and solution oriented
  • Teamwork-oriented, energetic, positive and kind attitude


Job Description;

  • Assist and support customers after sales, make care recommendations.
  • Represent Beymen at promotional events and activities.
  • Provide ideas and suggestions to the Management team to achieve improvements in all aspects of cosmetics performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service standards that exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
  • Provide the highest level of service and attention to all customers.
  • Implement effective data capture and tracking for customers, potential customers, Customer Service and reservations.
  • Create, develop and maintain your own Local and International customer database, ensuring repeat visits and customer loyalty.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and successfully with the highest level of professionalism by investigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to the Boutique Management.
  • Assist the management with any back office/administrative operations when requested and manage daily operations.
  • Provide the best service to customers in line with the principles of Unconditional Customer Happiness,
  • Inform customers about the services and campaigns offered by Beymen.
  • Achieve sales targets by providing high quality service.
  • Support all operations in the store by adapting to teamwork.
  • Take care of your personal image
