Job Title: BHMS Doctor

Job Description :

To support IVF consultants by providing clinical assistance, patient assessment, documentation, counselling support, and day-to-day medical coordination, ensuring quality patient care and smooth clinical operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist IVF consultants during OPD, procedures, and ward rounds
• Take patient history, vitals, and maintain clinical case records
• Explain treatment plans, investigations, and medication instructions
• Monitor patients during stimulation, IUI, and post-procedure periods
• Coordinate with nursing, lab, pharmacy, and couple coordinator teams
• Handle emergency cases and escalate to senior doctors when required
• Ensure proper documentation, consent forms, and discharge summaries
• Follow hospital SOPs, NABH protocols, and ethical guidelines
• Participate in patient counselling and follow-up coordination

Skills & Competencies:

• Good clinical knowledge and patient handling skills
• Strong communication and counselling ability
• Willingness to learn IVF protocols and procedures
• Compassionate and patient-centric approach

Qualification

• BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery)

Experience

• 1–5 years (IVF / hospital experience preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
