BHMS Doctor (IVF)

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Assist IVF specialists in patient evaluation and fertility treatment planning
• Take detailed case history, including medical, hormonal, and lifestyle factors
• Provide supportive homeopathic treatment alongside IVF protocols (as advised)
• Counsel patients regarding IVF procedures, timelines, and expectations
• Monitor patient response during IVF cycles and report observations to senior doctors
• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and follow-up documentation
• Coordinate with embryology, nursing, and counseling teams
• Support patients emotionally during fertility treatment
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hygiene, and ethical standards
• Participate in fertility awareness programs and patient education sessions
• Stay updated on IVF procedures, reproductive medicine, and integrative care

Skills :

• Strong patient counseling and communication skills
• Knowledge of basic IVF procedures and fertility treatments
• Case history taking and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to provide supportive/integrative care alongside IVF protocols
• Emotional intelligence and empathy for fertility patients
• Documentation and medical record-keeping skills
• Teamwork and coordination with doctors, nurses, and embryologists
• Basic understanding of reproductive hormones and reports
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Ethical practice and patient confidentiality
