BI and Reporting Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) and Reporting Specialist fluent in Arabic, with 4–6 years of experience in analytics, data visualization, and reporting. The candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools, with a background in working within government or environmental sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.

- Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, KPIs, and performance metrics.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting outputs.

- Automate recurring reports and optimize performance of BI solutions.

- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reporting best practices.

- Work with data engineers and analysts to ensure alignment between data sources and reporting needs.

Requirements:- 4–6 years of professional experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics roles.

- Proven expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

- Strong experience in designing dashboards, visual reports, and data storytelling.

- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.

- Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration.

- Experience working in or with government or environmental sectors is a strong advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Understanding of data governance, data quality, and KPI development.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).

- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
