Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced BI Dashboard Expert with strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI to design, develop, and maintain interactive, data-driven dashboards for complex business reports. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across operations, finance, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
• Translate complex business requirements into clear visual analytics
• Work with large and complex datasets from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, ERP, CRM, cloud data)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization of reports
• Automate report refreshes and manage Power BI Service, workspaces, and permissions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
• Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and reporting logic
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and performance tuning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BI Developer / Power BI Dashboard Expert
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (Desktop & Service)
• Experience creating complex and interactive dashboards
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
• Ability to handle large datasets and performance optimization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or dashboard development

Qualifications

• Graduated from a reputed institute

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
