Executive Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Bilingual Executive Assistant (English/Spanish) to support senior leadership at our Duncan, SC office. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator in both English and Spanish, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. This role requires excellent administrative skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate executive needs.

This position will also provide translation and interpretation support for internal staff, clients, and business partners as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Arrange travel accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials
  • Translate written communications (emails, memos, policies, presentations) between English and Spanish
  • Provide verbal interpretation during meetings, phone calls, and company events as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and vendors (English & Spanish-speaking)
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records
  • Assist with special projects and company initiatives
  • Coordinate internal meetings, board meetings, and company events
  • Track expenses and prepare expense reports
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the executive office

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Strong translation and interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Preferred

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience supporting C-level executives
  • Experience in a multicultural or bilingual workplace environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools or CRM systems

Pay: $49,022.11 - $65,000.00 per year
