Job Overview
The Production Clerk - Human Resources (HR) Administrative Coordinator assists supporting operations at PJ Trailers. Primary focus for this position is recruiting and retention, communications / community relations, administrative tasks, and various HR projects that supports operations. This position is based at our Sumner, TX facility.
Job Responsibilities

Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, new hire survey and exit interviews.

Coordinate and conduct recruiting process from requisition to hire.

Support employee engagement activities, internal communication and external community relations calendar events.

File and maintain HR Department documents.

Help manage attendance program, reporting and tracking.

Promote, live organizational core values and acts as cultural champion.

Other responsibilities, as assigned.

Must be bi-lingual in Spanish / English

Positive attitude and desire to comply with the ATW culture and core values.

Proficient computer skills (HRIS, LMS, ATS, Microsoft Office Suite)

Maintains confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Requires excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.

Successfully completes assignments/tasks/projects on time and identifies need to follow up without direction.
