Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and convert leads into sales
• Quote and sell auto, home, and other P&C insurance products
• Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
• Follow up on leads and maximize close ratios
• Accurately input client data using Microsoft Windows systemsds and suggest improvements in service delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance
• Active P&C license preferred or - WILLING TO OBTAIN - WE WILL SPONSOR
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong closing and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Solid typing skills and computer proficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
