Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and analytics solutions.
• Develop and optimize Tableau data sources and workbooks.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from various databases.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.
• Implement best practices in data visualization and storytelling.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard and data-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop & Server).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working with relational databases and data warehouses.
• Good understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python or other analytics tools is an added advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
