Bice Ristorante at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel is hiring Bussers/Runners

As a Fine Dining Busser/Runner, you will participate in providing an excellent guest dining experience

Responsibilities
*Complete required set-up/preparation of area prior to scheduled activity
*Inspect all equipment prior to, during and at the end of each shift
*Report any deviations from standards to manager/supervisor
*Inventory materials and supplies at beginning of shift

*Check the assigned station prior to service for accuracy, completeness, appearance and presentation
*Clear tables and breaks down area after completion of food service activity
*Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor

*Complete assigned end of shift duties
*Assist with special events as needed
*Become ServSafe and TIPS certified within 45 days of employment
*Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing up to 40 pounds
*Ability to stand, stoop and bend during entire shift.
