Job Overview

We are seeking a BICSI RCDD-certified professional located in the Memphis, TN area to provide oversight and ensure compliance for structured cabling and telecommunications infrastructure projects.

This role is focused on standards compliance, design review, and quality assurance — not daily field installation. The company will provide all required equipment and software.

Responsibilities

· Oversee structured cabling and telecommunications infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with industry standards

· Review and validate design drawings, submittals, and project documentation

· Ensure adherence to ANSI/TIA standards, NEC requirements, and BICSI best practices (TDMM)

· Provide technical oversight and guidance to project managers and field teams

· Conduct site visits and inspections to verify proper installation and implementation

· Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions

· Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for communications distribution systems

Required Qualifications

· Current BICSI RCDD certification (Required – must be active and in good standing)

· Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems, pathways, spaces, grounding, and bonding

· Ability to review construction drawings and technical documentation

· Experience ensuring projects meet telecommunications design standards

· Must be based in or near Memphis, TN

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with commercial, healthcare, education, or data center projects

· Prior QA/QC, consulting, or compliance oversight experience

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $40.00 - $62.50 per hour
