We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bicycle Mechanic to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, understands high-end bicycles, and can deliver top-quality service and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble new bicycles and e-bikes to a high professional standard
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues efficiently
• Perform maintenance services (gear tuning, brake adjustments, drivetrain servicing, tire replacement)
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure safety and performance
• Troubleshoot e-bike systems (motors, batteries, controllers)
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, tools, and organization
• Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used
• Provide basic technical advice and support to customers when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a bicycle mechanic
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and accurately
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Good English communication skills
