<Duties>

• Engage with customers to understand their cycling needs and recommend suitable bicycles, accessories, and maintenance services.
• Assist customers in selecting bikes, gear, and parts by providing expert advice on features, sizing, and performance.
• Help create work orders for bike assembly, routine maintenance, and repairs including brake adjustments, suspension tuning, and general mechanical servicing using hand tools and power tools.
• Manage retail transactions accurately through retail math skills while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
• Handle heavy lifting of bicycles and parts during inventory management or assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
• Educate customers on proper bike care, safety procedures, and cycling techniques to enhance their riding experience.

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience as a sales associate
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and heavy-duty equipment confidently and safely.
• Previous retail sales experience with excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence to learn and gain knowledge of cycling products, accessories, and industry trends is highly desirable.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during busy hours.
• Basic retail math skills for processing transactions accurately.
• Enthusiasm for cycling combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and helping customers find their perfect ride.
