Bid Analyst / Bid Coordinator

We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives to strengthen our client acquisition and sales efforts within the IT services domain. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build their expertise in business development, international client communication, and proposal management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze upwork,elance job, understand client requirements and evaluation criteria
• Identify suitable bidding opportunities across platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, portals, and direct clients
• Prepare bid summaries, scope analysis, and feasibility reports for internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with technical, sales, finance, and legal teams to gather inputs for proposals
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and optimizing proposals to improve win rates
• Perform competitor analysis and pricing benchmarks to support bid strategy
• Maintain bid trackers, proposal repositories, and performance dashboards
• Ensure bids are compliant with client guidelines, timelines, and submission standards
• Analyze historical bid data to identify trends, success factors, and improvement areas
• Support management with reports on pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue forecasting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in bidding, proposal management, or business analysis
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience working with RFPs, proposals, and tender documentation
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
