Job Title: Bid Executive / Business Development Executive (GeM & e-Procurement)

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Bid Executive to handle GeM Portal and e-Procurement activities, along with B2G lead generation and client meetings. The role involves identifying tenders, visiting client, preparing bids, managing documentation, and converting government business opportunities into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage tender searches, documentation, visiting client and bid submissions on GeM & e-Procurement portals.

2. Identify and pursue B2G business opportunities through online and offline channels.

3. Conduct meetings with government officials and procurement departments.

4. Prepare technical and financial bids, quotations, and proposals.

5. Coordinate internally for documentation, compliance, and approvals.

6. Track tender results, follow up for conversion, and maintain tender records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
